We have a confession to make - we're gym addicts. We workout 5x/week and it's not just for being physically healthy and fit, there's also something else.
Regular exercise changes your mindset. We call it a Winner's mindset. If you want to make progress while exercising, you need to go beyond your limits and show yourself that you can do so much more than you think. And that mindset it vital to business and personal development as well. Did I mention that regular exercise gives you A LOT of energy?
But we weren't always like this. Jure was fat (yep, I'm not making this up, we have photo evidence) and I, Mojca, was skinny so I though I don't need exercise. Plus I was addicted to sugar.
