This is the second part of our episode about Essentialism!
What if we told you the majority of things you’re working on right this moment are non-essential for your success? That almost everything is noise?
We’ve read a great book called Essentialism by Greg McKeown. When there aren’t a lot of books that would change our lives and mindset in an instant, this one was definitely different. It’s a bible.
In the second part of this episode we talk about importance of saying no frequently. We have to eliminate non-essentials to make room for truly important things. We also talk about how to set boundaries and last, but not least, execute our goals by removing obstacles to make the execution effortless.
And you really should read Essentialism by Greg McKeown.
