Mary Jane is the Director of Marketing & Communications for Snyder's Unlimited Contracting, a construction company, as well as Executive Director for The Cordella Foundation, a nonprofit that helps pay for funeral arrangements for those who pass away from an overdose.

She took some time off between highschool and college to figure out what she really wanted to do. She got her associates degree in communications and then worked for a while before she went back to school to finish her bachelors degree in journalism.

Sold herself as someone who can figure out how to do anything and can learn how to do the tasks given.

She shares the importance of applying for jobs you may be underqualified for.

I love that we talk about being creative in our work spaces which might be having many different jobs, or being a freelancer, so that we can enjoy our lives rather than just having one secure job with benefits until we retire.
