Today we speak to Digital Creator and Travel Advisor, Miriam Vasconcelos. Miriam is originally from the beautiful and diverse Azores Islands -  and grew up in Cascais, Portugal - a fishing village outside of Lisbon. 

In this episode we dive into why the Azores are known as the “Hawaii of Europe”, what you can expect when traveling to Portugal, the best time to go, and of course all things Portuguese gastronomy. This “small but mighty” country has it all and it is no surprise it won the World Travel Awards leading Destination for Europe in 2022.
