Dave Cuming, Campus Pastor at New Life Church in North Platte, Nebraska shares how creating and "All-In" culture of worship has helped grow not only his church, but the youth ministry as well.  Completely shutting down their youth worship for a couple of months actually caused a hunger for transitioning from "video driven" worship, to a live worship service.
