Today we’re re-releasing an episode that originally aired just over a year ago on March 22nd of 2022, where we spoke with Simeon Darwick Birnbaum, laughter yoga instructor and founder of Joyful Living.

We explore how we can lean into a lighter way of being by utilizing a spiritually and biologically potent practice that’s readily available to all of us: our own laughter. We see how regardless of our circumstances, we can intentionally and actively access our inner, childlike curiosity and joy, while using the contagious power of laughter to inspire playfulness, expand our minds, and perhaps most importantly, open our hearts.

Simeon creates joy, vitality and connection through embodied practices. He sees laughing for a living as a birthright and as his responsibility to bring forth to the world especially during these times. "Joy isn't merely incidental to our spiritual quest, it is vital" (The Rebbe)
