Here we go, another WS - thanks for listening :)
So we're staying on the biohacking thread that has run through a lot of these Short podcasts and it was inspired by our last wriinkle Podcast guest Ben Lewell, who shared lots of actionable ways we can hack our lives to get out of a rut, to entrer flow states, to be more productive etc etc ..give that episode a listen if you haven't already.
In this one we're talking Blue Zones - these are very specific loactions/communities around the world where the people live for significantly longer on average.
So I dive into what the commonalities between these places and it's people are and how we can incorporate these into our own lives to potwntially stay healthy and active (and alive!) for longer.
Get in touch with your thoughts on Blue Zones and it'd be great if you can share any tips for longevity you might have recieved from elderly family members.
