This one's all about EMF - electromagnetic fields - and in particular the effects on our health from the man-made synthetic kind of EMF that are being produced from our electonics, our smart devices, connected homes and cars and wifi in gerneral.

• Trouble sleeping soundly right through the night
• Weakened immunity

• Excessive fatigue
• Unexplained stress or feeling a bit wired
• Tingling, burning or prickling skin sensations
