Professionalism still matters. I understand that our culture is gotten far less formal and I think that could be a good thing. However there are some environments where professionalism still matters and especially when a person is paying. The dirty little secret of entrepreneurship or in business is that the consumer does not have a responsibility to be professional, only the entrepreneur or business owner has the responsibility to be professional.
