What is Conscious Consumerism? it is the act of understanding ones impact through the power of purchasing and using this power to make conscious and educated decisions in our consumerism or on how we spend our money. This means understanding the effects that companies have on our world as a whole not just our banks and pockets. Of course, there is a balance of all things but simply educating yourself and empowering yourself to refuse to work with, give money to or collaborate with anyone or any entity that is not aligned with your beliefs is enough to move through a conscious act of consumerism.
