Episode 3 of Women Who Lead: Post-Covid welcomes a new guest to our podcast, Dr. Asha Parekh. 

Dr. Asha Parekh is co-founder and CEO of Front Line Medical Technologies Inc. Asha completed her Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at Western University in London, Canada and after completing two post-doctoral fellowships, she took the leap into entrepreneurship when co-founding Front Line. Asha is most passionate about medical device innovation and helping to make a global impact. She is also active in Women in Engineering, STEM, and entrepreneurial communities and engages with various groups to discuss her views and experiences in these spaces.  

This episode looks at the future generation in STEM, and what organizations should be and could be doing to drive excellence across the industry. We explore the psychology behind career choices and how they can still be guided by gender stereotypes.
