On 9 March 2013, Bishop Lucio Andrice Muandula of Xai-Xai, Mozambique spoke about global poverty during a Justice and Peace event in the Archdiocese of Sydney. Bishop Muandala was recently appointed by the Holy Father as member of the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant Peoples. In this talk, we was also joined by Annabel from Caritas Australia.
