A Series Of Storms Will Keep The West Unsettled This Week - A series of Pacific storm systems will keep a large portion of the West unsettled this week. Expect locally heavy rain, heavy mountain snow and gusty winds, especially in the Pacific Northwest to northern California. Also, elevated fire weather conditions are forecast in parts of southern California due to dry conditions and gusty offshore winds on Monday.
