Of a truth, nothing external can truly create happiness in the long term. Your happiness rather depends on you. Your happiness is a direct reflection of your state-of-mind, and that state-of-mind is directly proportional to how you see yourself–your level of self-worth. Which depends also upon the way you interpret the events, experiences and circumstances of your life.

So why can’t we take  the latter and live it for real…Why don’t we make that decision that lasting happiness is not formed by external sources or structures…But that it is based upon the principles we cultivate and breed. Happiness as Tony Robins said ….is a value not a need. It is something we must possess and live rather than pick up and drop as we feel at any point in time.
