Parisa Shelton is a practitioner, teacher and student of the healing arts. She’s spent the past 10 years doing what she loves and sharing her blessings with clients wanting to transform their health, healing and overall happiness.   Parisa is a certified Pilates teacher and a well-versed student of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Qigong, the ancient art of movement, visualization and breath.   Parisa believes Qigong is going to be the next “big thing” in the healing arts – even bigger than yoga!    Alongside her soul mate and true love husband, Parisa runs Morning Crane Healing Arts Center in San Jose, California,  and Los Angeles. (Yes, some of her clients are celebrities!)   Together with husband Chris Shelton, Parisa is on a mission to re-shape the way people view health-care and self-care by giving people ancient tools to relieve stress, reduce pain and lose weight. Parisa is blessed to have four cute step-kids, two tiny dogs and one angry cat.   Parisa shared with us today the first few steps after discovering your purpose:   1. To educate yourself, study, learn your craft and your trade.   After the information and knowlege is acquired;   2.
