This is a discussion about whether DBS for Parkinson's is right for you.  There are varying views on the subject and one of them is by a neurologist who has Parkinson's patients.  And she does not think that if the only reason you want DBS is to help with your tremor that the chances of it helping are Nile.  She thinks you should reconsider waiting a while longer to see if another situation comes up, another diagnosis that you need the DBS for.  And you should have a discussion with your neurologist and the company whose equipment you will be using
