In this episode, the twins welcome singer/songwriter Kristi Jacques. 

During the pandemic, Kristi picked up the guitar again after 25 years and began writing and recording. She now has two albums and several freestanding singles under her belt, and she's just getting started. 

In 2009, Kristi was diagnosed with pulmonary sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that affects many organs and usually goes away on its own, but not in her case.
