Take some time to breathe positivity today. Inhale the good. Exhale the bad. Choose your thoughts wisely. Stop lingering on doubts and self-sabbotaging ideas. Where you are today is very far from where you were yesterday. Don't get stuck in your self-built quicksand.

Keep learning something good about yourself. Never stop until you've listed all the things you're proud about the person that you are. Never stop even for a bit. Keep finding you. Until you get to your core. Until you meet the person behind all the interrupted mindless jump to the void. Until you meet the very person you've long wanted to meet.
