What the heck is Entrepreneurial Spirit? And more importantly what the bleep is Yinovate?

Entrepreneurial spirit is a mindset. It's an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change. It's a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service and continuous improvement.

YINOVATE is innovating from the INSIDE -OUT.  Its is a process of shifting from leading and living “outside in” to “inside out”- where purpose, values and burning desire become the guiding blueprint for the whole of one’s life –business, health, relationships, money, and time.  The Yinovation process applies to individuals, leaders, teams and whole organizations.  It provides value anywhere there are people who want to live life in a way that feels more authentic, successful, and deeply satisfying. Designed by founder Adele DiMarco, Yinovating is built on her 30 years of research and application of the science and universal laws of success.  It highlights that each of us has two sides to our nature- a pull for growth, and a push for status quo.  Yinovating results in amplifying the force for growth, so it can win over our internal resistance to change, leaving us feeling more happy, whole, peaceful and powerful.
