In this first ever episode (!) I chat to Hayley Stanton - the Founder, Managing Director, and Coach at Quiet Connections. 

Hayley started life as 'the quiet one' not wanting to speak up in class, not going to university - even sabotaging her own job applications. Now she is a successful coach with her own business that supports others to stop panicking and feel calm and confident in social situations, so they can speak up, join in, and feel like they truly belong.
