Hello again you lovely momma!

I hope you are having a fabulous freakin’ day and week, where ever you are in the world!

I have recorded this episode for you to get you started on the tools and concepts I use in building my understandings of concepts and knowledge. I also use these tools and concepts to help my clients “see” their minds and create the results they desire. I have found that we can create effortless transformations when we work with the wiring in our minds rather than against it.

Now add in that you are a hard working momma, committed to success, while looking and feeling amazing - if you work with your wiring you will be able to transform your life and get the results you want without effort. Just sit back and allow your new mindset to drive new actions that will be carried with time to an entirely new result!

To start I would like to introduce you to The Model. The Model is not my creation. It is the “thought child” of Brooke Castillo, but it is true for anyone regardless of personality type, interests or background. The principal is that circumstances are the completely neutral event in our lives that we then have a thought about. Our thought gives the circumstance meaning that triggers a feeling. Our feelings drive our actions and the action produces a result.

In the podcast I have provided a couple of examples, and one more is getting a flat tire. The flat tire is neutral because two different people can look at the same circumstance and have opposite reactions. You may think the flat tire is the worst part of your day and be angry, while the AAA guy who picks you up, is happy because he is thinking he has job security.

Your thoughts and feelings will have layers created by years of previous programing, AKA your blue print or subconscious thinking patterns, but I didn’t get into that today. You just need to be aware that the thought you have may feel bad, but and it may be personal to you.

Now feelings are incredibly important because everything we do is going to be based on what we think and how that makes us feel, or how we think it will make us feel. You may be avoiding a specific action because you think it will feel awful. Going to the gym is a common example because, we tend to avoid the gym or skip the gym when we are trying to avoid the pain of a work out.

Instead, I like to teach focusing on the positive result instead of the negative discomfort to reinforce positive behaviors, and to attach negative thoughts and feelings to opposing results to discourage the behaviors that are not serving you. This tool takes away the need to use force and will power and turns the behavior into a desire, and instead of accidentally creating this mindset, you can actively create it and start creating the results you want now.

Now, this episode is a bit of a rapid breakdown of the ideas. There are sources that break down the tools and concepts in greater depth and I may take it there in the future, but for now, I felt this would be a good start for your foundation.

If you have any questions though, I would love if you leave them in the comment below and I will be sure to get back to you!

Thank you for listening/reading!
