Shanze’s plant based family staple meals -
- Porridge with blueberries, spices, coconut milk & honey
- Curries & rice (lots of veg & beans, spices)
- veg spaghetti bol (tons on veg, mushys, carrot, greens, herbs, lentils, garlic, onion) And use gf pasta - we like chickpea or quinoa pasta
- Asian style noodles with lots of veg & make yummy sauce w ginger, her spices, tamari.. soba noodles, rice noodles or Udon.
- Buddha Bowl or 'chuck a bunch of stuff together' bowl. Keep it simple but tasty so you enjoy it. Roast veg w herbs, cut up greens, chickpeas, fermented veg, grain, sauce..Or even theme bowls like Mexican bowl.. corn chips, beans, avo, tomato, vegan cheese .
