HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Fresh Starts and new habits don't just have to happen with the beginning of the year. You can make the choice to shift into a new healthier and happier YOU anytime you want!
In this weeks episode I share some of my favorite easy tips on just how to do that! Take a listen anytime you need a reboot.

- Chose to feel Happy. It really is a choice and you can do it. Look around you and see what there is in your life to be grateful for, even the smallest things. Close your eyes and find a happy thought. Try to hold it in your mind for at least 17 seconds. ( Thank you Abraham Hicks, Link below )
- Make a list EVERY day of 3 things you need to do that you KNOW you can accomplish. Then at the end of the day cross them off and throw it away. Trust me it works. ( this is different that the long list you may also have.)
- DE-Clutter, Purge & Donate! Your physical space affects your energy and mental health more than you think.
- Try some simple Biohacks to improve your physical wellbeing
- Cold shower
- Meditate
- Cut out dairy, alcohol, or meat for a day, a week, forever.
- Intermittent Fasting
- Get your body moving
- Play the SelfLove game
- DYI Juice Cleanse and Detox
