S3, ep.3 In this episode Alaina talks with her husband, Seth Gray, a man who Darcy Lockman, author of All The Rage: Mothers, Fathers, and the Myth of Equal Partnership would describe as a unicorn. The "unicorn factor" means that when it comes to household chores and labor, Seth and Alaina truly split the responsibilities 50/50.

"It's 50 percent of the mental workload and all of the other burdens that come with it," Alaina said.

"I would feel bad if I wasn't pulling my own weight, but maybe that's the problem, maybe everyone already feels like they are pulling their own weight," Seth said.
