Nim Hoy lost her husband and three children in the Tsunami in Thailand in December 2004. She came back to the UK and has started her restaurant. She then sold this business and had another restaurant in Surrey. Nim Hoy’s story is amazing, it shows true strength and really brought a few tears to my eyes. Nim Hoy really is an amazing woman.
