Interested in what you do during a placement year? Or what the steps are to finding a placement? In this episode, we're joined by Felix Connelly, a mechanical engineering student from UWE, currently on placement at BMW Group's Engine Plant at Hams Hall, Birmingham. He gives us an insight into the day-to-day activities, working from home and on site at the factory, as well as the steps he took to land the placement last year.
