This week on the YCS Podcast I talk to my friend and colleague Madeline Rawlings from The Binding about a topic we are both super passionate about – “It’s not luck, it’s hard work”.

Before we dive in, let me tell you more about Maddy – aka the designer behind many of the brands you love. Maddy and I actually first met through Instagram when I moved to the Sunshine Coast a few years ago. It was a mutual love and appreciation of each other’s work that forged our friendship. I have been so lucky to work with Maddy across several client projects and her creativity and outlook on life and business for such a young woman never ceases to amaze me. For those of you who don’t know Maddy, she’s a graphic designer and is now based on the Gold Coast. She launched The Binding in 2016 when demand for her graphic design work grew. She’s a passionate and positive creative who is obsessed with bringing a business to life through thoughtful designs and collaborates closely with likeminded, niche creatives to deliver projects for clients worldwide.
