Have you ever tried to follow a strict routine and then get discouraged when you can't get it all done? Well me too 😅. I don't know about you, but following other people's routine's has never worked for and has always left me feeling burnt out and discouraged.  In this episode, I design my own daily routine and structure to help me achieve my goals and then reflect on how it went the day after. Essentially, you are joining me on my journey of figuring out how to create a sustainable daily routine that works for me while I give tips on how you can create a routine that works for you. I also talk about the guilt and shame that often comes when we don't live up to societies expectation of productivity and I offer a mindset shift to help you be a little easier on yourself during those times :).
