Many people believe the slogan, Just Do It, but often times the reality of that is more complex. Barriers exist that keep women in the “bitch and call girl” roll; family, employer, volunteering in the community and even friends can help keep women tired, sick and fat!

This podcast will share the weight loss story of Mel, the co-creator of Your Turn, how YT began, the stories of the women who are in Your Turn and all the accomplishments along the way!

This podcast will be uploaded in a series of 10-12 episodes. Each series, after the initial launch, will be focused around the women in the program that Your Turn is currently leading.
