In this episode we are going to talk about what I’ve learned about sex during perimenopause and then post menopause. For a lot of people this happens after age 50. But some people hit menopause before 50. I’ve had clients ages 19-75. And because I’ve helped many women who are going through the changes that happen after 40 years old I wanted to share what has worked for many of these people. And I myself am currently struggling through perimenopause, so I have my own experiences to share for you to learn from.
