This one is quite a stir up. With a very pasionate and prolific David describing (in thorouggghhh detail) his method and inventions and how his work will turn the fitness industry on its head. David's no doubt a man i highly repspect and hearing him talk about his work was a nice moment for me. Tune in but remember, this one is not for the uninitiated.
