Deepti is qualified in Yoga science nd is a certified Hatha & Yin Yoga Teacher. Deepti is also an ICF certified wellness coach, corporate wellness trainer, speaker and an author.

Deepti has been awarded with “Make in India” Award for her contribution in the field of nutrition. She has been a speaker at Dehradun Literature Festival & has been featured in various online & print publications. She conducts health & wellness programs in corporates, organizations & schools including LG Electronics, Pitney Bowes, Navatar, Amity University, IMPA (Image Management Professionals Association) & Kothari International School. Deepti writes articles for international health & wellness magazines.

In this session she discusses about Yoga & Ayurveda tips to deal with seasonal concerns that come with the onset of Autumn season. Ayurveda & Yoga associate us with nature & its functioning, nature being the macrocosm & we are the microcosms. Any energetic shift in nature replicates itself within our body & mind.

During autumn season, the energy in nature is gradually shifting from the heat of summer to the dryness & roughness of autumn. Autumn is the season of abundant air (vata) energy & we see how rough wind dries & blows the leaves off trees, creates dryness & roughness in the atmosphere & creates similar effects of dryness in our body. Mind also gets equally impacted by the vastness of vata energy, feeling a sense of emptiness & spaciness.

Deepti is the deeply passionate about awakening and empowering people on how to live their best life ever. She emphasizes much on the importance of being connected to our innate healing powers to heal inside-out. She strongly believes our body-mind complex is one and deeply impact each other.
