Hello there, my name is Yvonne Seymour and I am an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Positive Psychology Life Coach & Online Business Mentor based in Shercock Co. Cavan. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. EFT is very complimentary to my practice as an Online Business Mentor because it enables me to help clients, at an even deeper level, to move forward. EFT has helped me deal with Stress, Anxiety, Grief, Confidence, Self Doubt, Fear, Physical Pain Relief, Accept Change, the list goes on and on and on. Presently I am using EFT to help me on my Weight Loss journey by addressing and breaking down issues such as self-sabotage patterns that result in emotional eating. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and now that I have entered my 40’s my tolerance for “yoyo dieting” has left the building!!!
