In this May Energy Update 2022 we do a deep dive into the energies so far this year, what to expect in May, and some themes for the rest of the year. The overarching theme for the month of May is patience, because while Easter may have come and gone many of us who had death experiences in April are not yet ready for resurrection.

The first quarter of this year gave many of us a great deal of clarity about our lives, missions, and how we might best serve in the world. This clarity sparked a choice in April, which lead to the death of those things that were no longer in alignment.

As we move into May and eclipse season we are being confronted with the infinite possibilities for the future, but the choice ultimately comes down to evolution or regression.

What will you do with the clarity you gained during the first part of the year?

Will you try to forget the inconvenient truths and carry on as you did before? Or will the clarity and insights you gained serve as the foundation for the rest of your life?

The light can at times be blinding, especially when it reveals unconscious and unloving aspects of ourselves. That sort of self-revelation can be very uncomfortable. When we are confronted with our shadows we can either bring humility and loving awareness to them, or we can curse the light and flee from it.

The collective is also being confronted with the choice between evolution and regression. The intensity of light and consciousness hitting the planet is revealing all of our unconscious and unhealed parts and amplifying those places where we lack alignment with one another. This can catalyze war and strife or profound healing and transformation.

The clarity of the first part of the year and the choices that were made in April have set the stage for May and the upcoming eclipse season. May is the gestation phase of the rebirthing process.

The gestation phase is uncomfortable for many of us. When we are between death and rebirth our minds can drive us mad with worry, and that worry can cause us to act prematurely.

Instead of worrying about everything that could go wrong, try to remain aligned with what you know to be true and simply listen for opportunities to align with it.

Remain steadfastly committed to truth, alignment, and integrity throughout May. Listen to your inner voice, and not the voice in your head. By June and July the gestation phase will begin culminating into the inevitable rebirth.

Will you go back to the old, safe, and familiar, or sit in the infinite possibilities for your future and remain committed to moving forward and not backward?

July throughout the rest of the year will be a period of profound and unrelenting transformation and birthing. For now enjoy the gestation phase of the evolution process.
