There are some goals that had been on our lists for years. YEARS. Things that were important to us but time would pass and we’d continually find ourselves saying we don’t have enough time to do that right - too busy, will get to that next year.

 

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR TIME PROPERLY. THAT IS THE QUESTION.

 

The facts is, we make time for the things that matter most. Therefore, once you’ve worked out what your primary goal is, it’s less a question of whether you have the time, more a question of how you find it.

 

The BOSSI time management system is one that enables you to get things done without neglecting every other area of your life. It will involve getting real with yourself about how you’re using your time today but provide a balanced approach to getting the important things done.

Today we break down the system and how it’s enabled us to stop complaining about the same problems, avoid our relationship drifting apart and start getting more things done in every area of our lives. As always, we give you the 3 ACTIONABLE steps you can do right now to get things moving.

 

The 3 ACTIONABLE STEPS you can do right NOW to get things moving were:

 

  1. Work out what time you have. Take the 168 hours you have in a week and subtract the “essential time” you already have commited. Eg: work
  2. With the remaining time, allocate block to different categories of your life eg: Family, Business, Career, Money Management, Self Care, Downtime. The blocks should not be equal, the area that is your priority at this time will get the largest block of time. Write out the blocks in your planner - clarifying what and when is happening during the week.
  3. Set the tasks to be carried out in each block of time based on your PRIORITY FOR THE WEEK. The list of tasks should be small and only consist of things that get you to achieve the PRIORITY OF THE WEEK!
