This podcast is one of my favorites. I absolutely love the uplifting energy surrounding Kate Cocker and the inspiring words she embraces us with every day. When I'm feeling like my personal worth is in question, or I'm just really struggling, I turn this on and it adds sunshine to my stormy day and makes rainbows. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone.
