This episode has taught me again so much but it also broke my heart to hear the approach that has been used when Sinead was in school. As a teacher myself I've always been a firm believer that you get much more engagement from your students by implementing positivity but I'm hoping that the more people get in touch with their spiritual side and connect with people like Sinead that we will see a turnaround in teaching methods. This one has been my favourite episode so far. I love the way Sinead explains things. So easy to 'get it's without ramming her beliefs down our throat. Her content should be part of our curriculum!!

I started to follow Sinead on Instagram and knew that her podcast would only even enrich my life even more. She touches on such a broad spectrum of topics but in particular on emotions. It is so important that we understand what is going on inside us and why certain feelings arise. I used to get Monday fear on a Sunday night, not only has she changed my outlook on life but also makes me look forward to Mondays now due to the release of a new episode. I can recommend this to absolutely everyone!
