Such a refreshing concept! There are so many things vying for my attention and reminding me of where I'm falling short. How comforting it is to know that there is a place to go where I can feel like I'm with a friend who gets it. Billie understands that feeling very well and it providing an excellent place, that no matter where you are, you can feel like you're in a living room with a great mentor, friend and colleague!

Amy's approach to health is one that full of much needed grace. She is informative and educational, offering obtainable goals. Her topics are real, relatable and she will add some humor too. I enjoy her episodes, guests and downloads.
