I love these podcasts because I can really relate to them. The inability to medidate, trying to create a habit, and the most recent podcast I listened to on affirmations. Rishma talks about the challenges I face on my self-help journey that I have not heard anywhere else. I appreciate her approach of combining everyday examples and the science behind it.
