I hesitated to listen to this episode, but was so glad I did! She was kind of kooky, but I was interested enough to research my chart - it was dead on!

I liked the episode because I was able to get to know the founder however I really wish you went more into adaptogens in further depth. It was assumed that your audience knew her and her product. I did research on my own and I'm very glad I did, but now I'm craving to learn more about different adaptogens - please add that to another podcast!
