I really enjoyed this episode, it made me think a lot harder about the opportunity costs universities are grappling with when they choose to spend money. It made me think back to my own uni days & the much-complained-about food (pretty much exclusively by the most privileged kids, who would go out for takeaways instead despite paying full board). Looking back, it's great the food wasn't amazing - spend that money on bursaries instead.
