RATING
I love how each guest’s answer to the “which wolf to feed” parable really helps distinguish their thinking and work. Eric’s really thoughtful dialogues and sharing from his own experience help the listener learn and feel like they’re not alone in their search for a life that feels better.
This podcast is awesome. Josh is so down to earth and real, and from that he invites and enables his guests to be real, too. Maybe that’s why he’s so able to drill down to the essentials of how we’re all hurting and help bring forward effective ways to heal.
You will never feel alone in your trauma healing journey once you listen to this podcast. Raysa and her guests bring tons of insight, wisdom, and helpful steps you can take, but even better, you will truly feel and know that you are in good company. Raysa’s honesty and openness in sharing her own experience is a real gift to everyone who is struggling with their own complex trauma healing.
