I did not necessarily have high hopes for this show. At first, I just listened because James Marsters. But in more than one episode, I've found myself laugh-crying. Normally I just cry when I'm sad, which is more often than not as I approach perimonopause, but Mark Devine is hilarious and James is even more interesting than Spike. Then, right when you think you're having a fun time, they stick you in the ribs with some unexpected and probably unintentional tenderness. This podcast is a gem. Highly recommend.
