Red graduated college with a teaching degree right at a time when teachers were being fired all across the country. He had to go back to the commission only jobs he worked in college and made a career out of it. After a major breakdown in 2015, Red decided to start from scratch. He read hundreds of books and completely rebuilt his entire sales process from the ground up since then. Now he works full time with one of the top Real Estate coaching companies in North American helping agents focus on the things that will help them grow their business. He is also the founder and chief content creator with Broken Salespeople LLC, a company focused on making sure salespeople do not suffer the breakdown he did.
