About This List

Since I'm still trying to find the niche genre of podcasts I love, here are my faves for reference.
  1. When Carly Parker’s friend Yumiko goes missing under very mysterious circumstances, Carly’s search for her friend leads her headfirst into a ancient mysterious game known only as Rabbits. Soon Carly begins to suspect that Rabbits is much more than just a game, and that the key to understanding Rabbits, might be the key to the survival of our species, and the Universe, as we know it.
  2. Tessa Thompson stars as an idealistic young journalist trying to make a name for herself by following a group of paranormal explorers, obsessed with a seemingly harmless pastime known as the Left/Right Game. The journey takes her into a supernatural world that she and the other members of the expedition can neither handle nor survive.
  3. Lara Campbell used to believe in the paranormal. Now she pretends to believe in it for money. But when her ex-partner goes missing near the Oregon Bigfoot Highway, she may have to re-evaluate everything she thought she knew. BELIEVER is a spooky fiction audio drama about ghosts, cryptids, demons, cosmic entities, and the fake psychic who doesn't believe they exist. New episodes every other Tuesday.
  4. Secrets exist in the wilderness just outside Taos, New Mexico. A strange land of cryptid encounters, UFO Sightings, enigmatic vibrations, hidden treasures, missing persons, and dark shadows hiding just behind your back... waiting for their moment and when it comes... your family and your friends will never see you again. An amateur podcaster disappears while searching for the legendary Forrest Fenn Treasure. A disgraced former sportscaster attempts to uncover the truth only to find that everyone has their own story to tell. The Subjective Truth is part treasure hunt, part paranormal docudrama, and part True Crime satire. Written & Created by Jeremy Ellett. Starring Addison Peacock. Vocal Direction by Danyelle Ellett. Original Music provided by Bajio Alvarado. Sound Direction & Design by Jeremy Ellett.
  5. The Black Tapes is a weekly podcast from the creators of Pacific Northwest Stories, and is hosted by Alex Reagan. The Black Tapes Podcast is a serialized docudrama about one journalist's search for truth, her subject's mysterious past, and the literal and figurative ghosts that haunt them both. Do you believe?
  6. On December 25th, 2007, movie star and heiress Julie Capsom crashed her car into a tree in Northern California, walked into a nearby clearing, and vanished, leaving behind a male torso in her trunk. 10 years later, reporter Bea Casely and private detective Brenda Bentley are going to reopen the case. Each has a personal tie to the story. Each thinks they know what happened. And each knows the other is going to screw this whole thing up. Join Bea, Brenda, and the rest of the Good People at Wheyface Radio as they attempt to answer once and for all: what happened to Julie Capsom?
