本人酷爱健身跑,为了跑步不枯燥,选择了一些音乐听,逐渐聚焦于强烈动感音乐,开始感觉很好,逐渐感觉有些躁,有一种只为了锻炼而跑步的感觉,缺少了享受跑步过程的乐趣感,赶紧跑完完事。
跑步时听到歌曲“嘴巴嘟嘟”,突然“耳中一亮”,这个不起眼的非运动歌曲有点意思,开始平缓的节奏,让人不自觉地调整跑步状态,平缓呼吸,掌握节奏,中间歌声激昂时,精神一振,随后在平缓节奏中保持状态,激昂时再振奋,平缓中再保持,时紧时松,恰到好处。赶紧,用了几天的时间收集了类似的歌曲,如甘雨、心在跳情在烧、姑娘我爱你、Roar等等,特别是Roar,我觉得曲作者也是个跑步爱好者。这些音乐歌曲的共同特点就是节奏鲜明但不激烈,音调时而舒缓时而激昂,音乐优美略带空灵。
本专辑特意收集步频180拍/分钟的中英文音乐100余首,希望喜欢跑步的听友能够边欣赏边锻炼。
