The Second HEC Finance and Statistics Conference was held in Paris on 8 October 2010. It gathered leading experts in statistics and financial econometrics, and targeted an audience of academics, investors, and financial engineers. The invited speakers were: Yacine Ait-Sahalia (Princeton University), Jianqing Fan (Princeton University), Lubos Pastor (University of Chicago), Peter C. B. Phillips (Yale University), Nick Polson (University of Chicago). The local organizers and speakers were Laurent E. Calvet and Veronika Czellar.
