Today, we have the final episode of season 1. And this episode is my conversation with Joy Roberts. This season was originally meant to have eight episodes, but just like all things in the world right now, our plans have changed with the current COVID crisis. So, today’s episode is the final one of our first season.

But don’t worry! On Monday, we will be kicking off a special series of interviews. I was able to sit down with several of the authors of a new book called “Women in Business: Leading the Way” which is now available on Amazon. I’m going to tell you more about that book and this special series on Monday.

Today’s guest is Joy Roberts. Joy is appropriately named because you cannot help but smile and laugh and be happy when you talk to her. But her life has not always been kittens and rainbows.

Joy opened up and shared about her experience as a single mom, a professional who works in the mental health field and how she copes with having an autoimmune disease that, when activated, can be debilitating.
