Most days, for most people, the idea that 'everything is going to be okay' or 'everything is working out for me even though I can't see how' sounds like total hogwash. "Yeah, right," they say with a hint of disbelief.

I would have to say that most people honestly feel as if it—life, things, their problems, won't be okay and that life just is not fair. They can give me a laundry list of reason why life sucks in a matter of seconds.

And yet .... it will and things always so get better, even with our heroic resistance.

Let this concept roll around in your head for a while. I don't expect that it will ring true for you the first time you hear it. It certainly didn't for me. I thought the idea that 'things are always working out for me' was a total lie.

It took me years to understand that things actually were working out on my behalf .... every single time ... for both me and you.

Give this idea time to marinate. It'll make sense soon, I promise.

For today though, let it be enough that you've encountered this idea in a new way through the AYM process. Let it be enough, and provide you with a sense of calm certain about the future, that this process is going allow you to not only understand this concept on a deep level, but see the truth of it in your own life (even the really tough situations).
