This is SO cool and wonderful! Meticulously researched and excellently scripted and narrated, this is an amazing ride. Sean Hess's podcast has expertly guided me through a mind-expanding world full of visions, twists, dead ends and accidental discoveries, and his enthusiasm and understanding always shine through. For me as a biologist with a love for science history, but limited understanding of electronics, this is pitched at the perfect level of detail and pace. So meticulous is his research that he goes back to the original scientific publications where possible. An awesome resource for anyone who wants to better understand - and appreciate - how our modern world was shaped by computing. Most highly recommended!

A fastening journey through the history of some of the most prevalent and important technology we use today. The information is interesting and is presented in such a way as to be easily digestible. I learned a lot. It’s clear a lot of hard work and research go into this show, and it’s done with love.
